love this bag

A friend had this bag for work when we were on a work trip in Europe. I love that it is an open top that I can throw my work tools into it, it also converts into a backpack so easily. I was worried that it was too big for me, I'm petite, 5'5 but it is just so compfy and wonderful. I would like it to have a non-slip band on the straps, but aside from that it is amazing.

Excellent double-duty bag

If you have ever found yourself with a tote bag where you needed a backpack or, conversely, with a backpack where you needed a tote, then this bag is the right one for you.

If I have a complaint, and I don't really, but it would be nice if the chest strap was maybe 2 cm or so longer. I had trouble with it over a heavy winter coat.

Also, not a complaint but a note to others: this bag converts easily on-the-fly from tote to backpack, but not so easily from backpack to tote. I found that sometimes I actually have to empty the bag to get it from backpack to tote, depending what I'm carrying.
