Returns

Any products purchased from our website (www.wandrd.com) can be returned or exchanged for a full refund within 30 days of purchase.

Exchanges are processed as a WANDRD store credit and return shipping fees will be added to the credit price with a valid receipt. We issue exchange codes when the order has been received and inspected by the warehouse team.

To return or exchange a purchase, simply enter your email and order number on our returns page to get started.

Once your item(s) are inspected after arriving at the warehouse, your refund will be processed automatically. Please note that this can take up to 15 days after the item(s) have been delivered to the warehouse.

Original shipping costs or order add-ons such as shipping insurance are ineligible for a refund.

If an item is received WITHOUT packaging and/or tags, you will be charged 25% of the refund amount to cover rebagging, retagging, and restocking.

Returns on bundled items must be returned as a whole and not just one of the bundled items. For example, if you have purchased the Tech Pouch bundle, you can't just return the small; you must return the full bundle.

CROWDFUNDING RETURNS: Kickstarter and Indiegogo are unique platforms where we have the opportunity to offer new products. However, because we are charged platform fees, and often cover part of the shipping cost to give you the greatest discounts, we can't offer refunds or returns on Kickstarter or Indiegogo items and they are final sale products. Everything purchased on Kickstarter or Indiegogo does come with our WANDER MORE, WORRY LESS Warranty.
